• Legal Specialists : Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Law with 60% Marks OR Master Degree in Law with Registration in Bar Council from any recognized University in India will be eligible for this post.
• Accounts / Finance Specialists : Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Commerce B.Com with 60% Marks OR M.Com OR CA Exam Passed from any recognized University in India will be eligible for this post.
• Company Secretaries : Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with 60% Marks and Final examination of Institute of Company Secretaries of India will be eligible for this post.
• Actuaries  : Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Actuarial with 60% Marks OR Master Degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Actuarial will be eligible for this post.
• Doctor : Candidates who have MBBS / BAMS / BHMS with 60% Marks with Registration in Council will be eligible for this post.
• Engineers (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/Electronics/Computer Science/ IT/ Information Science) : Candidates who have BE / B.Tech Degree in Related Stream with Minimum 60% Marks OR Master Degree in Related Stream from any recognized University in India will be eligible for this post.
• Agriculture Specialists : Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Stream with 60% Marks OR Master Degree in Agriculture Stream from any recognized University in India will be eligible for this post.
